2. Return Policy

We process all orders on-demand and personalize them to fit your requirements. So returns on products are only allowed in cases of damages or defects. In any other circumstances, we will not be able to initiate the return process from our side.

To return a product, you will need to talk to our customer support executive and initiate the process. Proof of the damage should be sent across via pictures for verification.
