We only process orders on the website. All the orders need to be made on our website with a verified profile for them to be processed.

Currently, we support only one type of shipping by default. In case you need express delivery, you can speak to our customer support team and request for the same. An extra price will have to be paid from your side based on the delivery partner’s charges for the same.
Orders on GoingDesi are fulfilled on-demand. So only in the cases where the order is not accepted and put into the production process, there can be cancellations. If the order is already processed, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us via chat to check if your order can be cancelled.
Most of the products on GoingDesi get delivered to the customer anywhere between 2 – 10 days based on the product ordered, delivery location and day-offs for the delivery partners.
Orders on GoingDesi are fulfilled on-demand. So only in the cases where the order is not accepted and put into the production process, there can be changes. If the order is already processed, it cannot be changed. Please contact us via chat to check if your order can be changed.
Since we work only on-demand basis, every order is fulfilled keeping a single customer in mind. So the store allows returns only in the case of damaged/defective products.
We take special care to ensure that your order is tested for defects and reaches you in perfect condition. But in the rare event of any damage incurred during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours with proof of the damage and we will initiate a replacement. In any other case, the replacement/returns are not accepted.
Although all the products on GoingDesi are tested for quality and ensured that the standards are met before shipping to the customers, there is no specific warranty period for them.
In cases where there are manufacturing defects or damages while delivering the product, we will replace the product free of cost. However, the defect needs to be notified to us within 48 hours of delivery of the product.
